Kevin began his 20 plus years of experience as Studio Manager at Bozell Advertising. Since that time Kevin has also served as creative operations executive for other leading New York agencies and as the National Director for Williams Lea. Currently at Prudential Advertising, Kevin oversees a wide range of services that includes fiscal responsibility, business process, technology, creative production, project management and ad operations.

A self-described troubleshooter, Kevin designs customized creative solutions to achieve optimal operational efficiency and translates complex issue into clear solutions. And when he’s not tackling the latest operational challenges, he can be found on the golf course or relaxing with his family.

Heidi is a passionate leader who subscribes to the philosophy that perpetual optimism is a force multiplier. The strength of Heidi’s experience is found through diversity as she has an extensive background in agency, technical and corporate environments. This allows her to merge an always-on service perspective paired with the principles of agile delivery in a retail environment, highly focused on delighted customers, driving operational effectiveness and delivering executional efficiencies.

He is in charge of finding efficiencies, optimizing workflows for scale, and finding resources and tools to help keep the creative team from creating and not being bogged down with process.

Lisa Price leads design operations for 3M, where she is responsible for the end-to-end creative processes to ensure world-class design at a global innovation company. Under her leadership, 3M is able to optimize multiple tools, processes and resources across the enterprise. She drives alignment between the creative and production facets of design and company growth objectives across brands, businesses and regions. Prior to 3M, Lisa was a brand design manager at ConAgra Foods, following several years in graphic design and production roles in the printing industry. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Mark is responsible for the digital asset management (DAM) program at Hasbro which consists of over 600,000 assets, approximately 6,000 users, and 1.4 million assets downloaded annually. As the DAM product owner, he is primarily focused on delivering new application features in an agile manner, user adoption, and process improvements across the digital supply chain. He is currently working on a complete redesign of the DAM portal to enable asset discovery and sharing.

Prior to his DAM responsibilities, Mark led a team of project managers/digital producers that worked closely with digital marketing, creative agencies, and developers to coordinate the delivery of over 750 brand websites to 30+ locales annually.


Over the last 10 years, Nicole has risen through the ranks. In search of a company sensitive to her time as a Marine Corps wife, she landed an opportunity that developed her natural talents into a rewarding career in traffic.

Nicole began in biotechnology working for Metagenics in a multi-faceted position handling project initiation, proofreading, and production before she joined ThermoFischer (formerly Life Technologies) to build their creative operations team from scratch. The last three years have been dedicated to Victoria’s Secret leading a team in process optimization from concept to placement in support of high performance selling culture.

When not in the office, Nicole stays busy supporting her son’s eventful calendar, lounging in the sun, or catching a movie with her husband.

Mike is a driven and resourceful retail and marketing executive who thrives on leading businesses to success and coaching team players to higher levels of achievement. He brings strategic order to chaos but understand how to be entrepreneurial and take profitable risks. Mike began his career in retail unloading trucks - and since that time has worked and succeeded in virtually every area of retail. 

He now heads up Project Management in the Marketing department at Macy’s where he is responsible for seeing the timely execution and delivery of all custom-er facing marketing and content in all channels.
