Kevin began his 20 plus years of experience as Studio Manager at Bozell Advertising. Since that time Kevin has also served as creative operations executive for other leading New York agencies and as the National Director for Williams Lea. Currently at Prudential Advertising, Kevin oversees a wide range of services that includes fiscal responsibility, business process, technology, creative production, project management and ad operations. A self-described troubleshooter, Kevin designs customized creative solutions to achieve optimal operational efficiency and translates complex issue into clear solutions. And when he’s not tackling the latest operational challenges, he can be found on the golf course or relaxing with his family.

Amy has nearly 20 years experience in advertising and marketing production. Amy has lead production teams of photography, print and video content as well as the workflow and DAM tools used to govern and share content. Amy is currently Director of Global Creative Operations at Oakley where she oversees creative, marketing production and creative content system integration.

Clair is a multidisciplinary fashion and retail marketer who brings a strong combination of creative vision, strategic thinking and content development expertise to her job and to her clients. She works closely with her clients to understand their brands, business goals, consumers and long-term aspirations in pursuit of creative and content strategies that engage and emotionally connect to shoppers.
She has a unique background both in-house at major retailers and on the agency side and prides herself on being both right and left-brained. Clair currently oversees the Creative Agency and Photo Studio Operations, where (among other things) she is implementing a new global workflow approach and technology that ensure scalability, balances workload, and optimizes Agency capabilities.
Clair is passionate about art, style and words and believes that black is always the new black.

Douglas Mullin is the Digital Assets Manager at Oakley, inc., in Foothill Ranch, Calif. (Los Angeles Metro), delivering value to the company by bringing organization to chaos. Douglas has been working in DAM for consumer products companies for 15 years. Doug takes pride in mastering the four facets of DAM: Content, Technology, People and Processes.

Ken is the founder of PAG - Production Agency Group and he has served on the board of the Public Relations Service Counsel (PRSC) in New York City. Currently, Ken is on the Board of Advisors for CitizenImage.com and involved with Charity: Water helping build wells around the world. Outside of the office Ken is a keen gamer, yachter, cyclist, runner and technology enthusiast.

With over 20 years of in-house and agency-side marketing and creative operations experience, Amy prides herself on having a deep understanding of the eccentricities unique to businesses of and for creatives.
Currently, Amy is the Director of Creative Operations for SamsClub.com, a division of the world’s largest retailer. Previously, she held similar positions developing, operationalizing, and overseeing processes and metrics for marketing and creative teams at top tech and design companies including Dolby, Autodesk, Avid, Digidesign, Fuseproject, and Apple. She loves starting with a clean slate and is a three-time builder of an operations function from the ground up.
In her work-life balance time (formerly known as free time), Amy can be found in one of the few sunny neighborhoods in San Francisco, grilling and watching the fog roll in over everyone else.
